The AIREX Balance Pad Elite is an upgraded version of the well-respected Balance Pad. It features a waffle-like texture on both sides, providing good stimulation for receptors in the sole while barefoot balance training.

Exercises on the Balance-pad Elite trigger the activation of a greater number of 
deeper muscles than when performing exercises without it.
